What happens when people pass on a benefit?
It began with a question: What happens when someone can pass a prepaid benefit to exactly one person and receives a benefit as well?
7-Labs developed Social Chain from this idea: a digital system that enables personal sharing and makes its progression traceable.
Coffee+ is the first application. Blooms Coffee Club pays for the coffees. Each participant receives their own Coffee+ and can invite exactly one other person. Passing it on is voluntary.
The experiment examines whether people pass on their benefit and how far it travels through personal networks.
